Levon is very credible, came in for an appointment about SD card not being recognized. in my case he identified it as an electrical problem and gave me a full plan of what to do in the future to ensure my data won’t get corrupted like … More this again. he was realistic, didn’t even want to charge me the $100 to run my sd card, given all the information i told him it is almost certainly not recoverable (would take months and a lot of $$$) and he was transparent with that. would recommend, trust this guy with any of my data issues! learned a lot from one conversation

It was suggested to me by someone at Best Buy to save all my documents on a Seagate external drive. Well disaster struck. My external drive decided to become corrupted one day (nothing usual happened). After spending one hour with Seagate, … More I was told there was nothing to do. They provided a company in the USA that could recover my data but I did not want to send my data that far. I decided to look for a company in Ottawa that could do the same work. I was fortunate to find this awesome business...Capital Data Recovery. I was very impressed with them. Levon was very courteous and very professional. We discussed confidentiality and I reassured this was not an issue. It only took a few days to get the work done. There was a little issue where two folders were not copied for some reason, but he resolved very this quickly. He also provided me with s second copy of my data in the event another folder was missing. Thank you Levon for recovering my data. I highly recommend this gem of a business.
