Excellent customer service. I had mistakenly formatted 2 SD cards with very important photos and Capital Data Recovery was able to retrieve the files and downloaded the data to external hard drive and explained and showed me the images … More after they were loaded on my external hard drive. Levon also was able to complete the services in less than 24 hours. 100% satisfied with results, service and fees to have data retrieved. A great result to what could have been a loss of four years of photos from full format camera. I was mistaken believing that the regular backup that was being completed was being saved in my PC when in fact it was being saved after editing in the original SD cards.
